Account Manager
The account manager leads the client team and acts as the liaison between the team and the client.
They are responsible for creating schedules, serving as a liaison between the team and senior staff, reviewing the team’s work, and ensuring the completion of the client’s scope of work. Key skills for these middle manager roles include organization, time management, and dependability as the team relies on this person as the first point of contact for progress.
Senior Staff

They review student work before sending it to the faculty adviser.
Agency Director
The agency director manages the day-to-day operations of the agency including staff orientation, client onboarding, invoicing, new business development, performance reviews, and more.
The director also serves as an ex-officio member on the board of the USC chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America.
