Sistercare is a nonprofit organization based in Columbia, South Carolina. The organization is dedicated to reducing the occurrence and impact of domestic violence across the Midlands. Sistercare provides free, confidential services to survivors of partner violence and their children. The organization supports those who have been impacted at every stage of their journey, offering crisis intervention, safety planning, and emergency services. The programs are created to help survivors achieve self-sufficiency and retrieve control of their lives through decision-making and education.
Our primary focus was to refresh and strengthen the Sistercare Teen Outreach Program (STOP) to engage parents and teens. Additionally, Sistercare aims to increase the visibility of its short film, which raises awareness about domestic violence and its impact on people from all backgrounds, in the hope of reaching a broader audience and expanding community understanding.
The Carolina Agency developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for Sistercare, concentrating on community engagement, awareness building, and rebranding. Our team created a new brand kit for the Sistercare Teen Outreach Program (STOP), featuring updated visuals, colors, and typography to modernize the program’s identity. Through these processes and efforts, TCA continues to help Sistercare boost its message, engage new audiences, and further its mission of empowering survivors and preventing domestic violence.
